In order to get an ex girlfriend back, it's usually quite important to first of all think about WHY the breakup actually happened in thge first place, I mean, there must of been a reason or multiple reasons, therefore, you may be able to pinpoint the cause of the breakup and then work on changing it for the better.

That's usually the most obvious thing to do in this type of situation, I mean, if she left you because you were rude to her, it's less likely for her to want to come back if you are still as rude to her as you were.

The next thing I would tell you to do would be to work on making yourself more attractive, this can be both on the inside and outside. You can do things such as get into better shape, become more muscular, improve your clothes style, build your confidence, work on being happier and more fun, these are just some of the things you might do if you wanted to improve yourself and make yourself more attractive.

Something that a lot of guys do in this type of situation is to become very sad and to start feeling really bad about themselves, they may even stop contacting friends and completely give up their social life, this is not a good idea, you should continue with your life, stay strong and keep trying to move forward.

There are a few reasons for this, first of all, it's not good for you to be alone and not have any contact with other people, not only that but it will also probably have an affect on how your ex views you, I mean, if you become very sad and are not strong enough to get through it, do you think she would be attracted to that?

A lot of what happens in situations like this comes down to mindset and the way you think about and handle it, if you are a strong person both physically and mentally, then you will likely have a much easier time not only handling the breakup but also working on getting back together.
